Return Policy

Shree Saraswati Prakashan guarantees the quality of the products we offer. Books that are purchased online from www.saraswatiprakashan.com can be refunded subject to certain conditions. Those conditions may contain:

If the book or product found dead on arrival and If the wrong book or product is received.

Please contact Shree Saraswati Prakashan within 7 days of receipt of the item, at mailto:sspajm@gmail.com

specify the product code of the work to be returned, we do not entertain any return request if the receipt exceeds 7 days. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The return will be processed within 48 hours of our receiving back the item. The customer will be informed via e-mail about the return once we have received and processed the returned item. Items can only be returned if they are in the original condition. Customer can request for returns using the My Account > Order option.

The books that have been purchased from our showroom, Shree Saraswati Prakashan, Central Bank Of India, Chudi Bazar, Ajmer – 305001 India, cannot be returned online. Such returns and requests for refunds have to be made manually at the Showroom (if applicable).

Cancellation Policy

Order once placed cannot be cancelled. There are no such norms for cancelling an order. Only if the product is out of stock, then the customer may claim for refund of money.

Refund Policy

The refund (if any) will only be made to your PayTM account.
